This is a series of blends handled by our sister store, SHIKISHIMA COFFEE FACTORY, that uses single origin coffee as the "key beans" of the flavor.
You can enjoy a new blended coffee experience that makes the most of the flavor characteristics (terroir) of the coffee beans' origin.

It has a moderate lemon-like acidity and a cocoa flavor. It also has a fragrant taste and a complex sweetness reminiscent of baked apples and brown sugar.

▫️≪Key Beans≫ MYANMAR | GENIUS WASHED
Coffee from Myanmar has been attracting attention in recent years as a new producer of high-quality coffee in Southeast Asia.

Not only is the soil originally rich, but they are also constantly striving to improve quality by adopting unique refining methods and introducing machines to sort beans based on their specific gravity.
The wastewater produced during the refining process is not discharged directly into rivers, but is instead allowed to be decomposed by soil microorganisms and plants, in an effort to minimize environmental impact.
